Brookfield Trade Park represents one of JTLH’s premium commercial ventures. Consisting of 3 light industrial units ranging between 3500 – 4500 square feet, the development is home to Screwfix’s first carbon neutral store in the UK, reflecting our commitment to sustainable construction.

Our comprehensive approach to construction and varied skillset allowed to develop the site in its entirety ourselves, from planning to completion. In total, full landscaping and hardstanding was carried out to the entire site which was approximately 1.3 acres in size.
Located near the heart of Peterborough, the units are strategically positioned to be easily accessible by local residents and contractors.
