One of JTLH’s largest developments sold with planning permission, Haywood Park is an outstanding collection of private and affordable family homes with an Aldi development on the same site.
Haywood Park is mixed development intended to provide a range of homes for different households and stages of family life. JTLH’s multi-faceted development capabilities are on full display here as the previous brownfield site required careful planning and consideration in order to be converted into the luxury new build properties visible today. This residential segment was finally sold to Vivid Housing Association, one of the largest developers on the south coast.
As part of the large scale development, Aldi also built one of its stores on the site, in turn creating a development with both residential and commercial considerations.

Haywood Park sits in proximity to Southampton city centre and offers ample green space, a convenient location for commuters and a variety of transport links. Shopping for groceries is also incredibly easy due to the presence of an Aldi store on site.
